More ABOUT ME

My name is Kelley Coleman

My style of photography is simple- to find and showcase my client's unique story. Every session leads to a reflection of who's in front of the camera, while keeping a bright and classic look. My favorite photos are the ones that showcase reality in a light-hearted way. Don't be surprised if my family's Christmas card photo has someone smiling, someone making a silly face, and someone jumping around because that's real life and it's beautiful.

FAQ

How do I book a photography session with you?

Booking a photography session is easy. Simply reach out through my website, email, or phone, and let me know the type of session you're interested in. Next, I will send you a questionnaire so we can plan out your session to best suit your style and ideas. We then will pick a date, time, and location for your session. Along the way, I will offer you guidance on how to prepare for your session, what clothes would work best for your session, and how we will interact throughout the session.

When Will I Receive My Pictures?

For most sessions, you will receive your edited images within 2 weeks on a USB drive or Online Gallery to download. Wedding galleries will be delivered within 4-5 weeks.

Can we choose the location for our photo shoot?

I love getting to explore new locations and being creative in where we choose to have your session. We will work together to plan out a location unique to your interests. Locations that are not local to the western KY area may require added travel expense on a case by case basis.

What is your style an approach to your photography?

My style is classic, yet fun. I gravitate towards bright and true colors. I want you to look back on your photos and still feel they are relevant and beautiful, not the product of a past trend that no longer feels relevant. By walking thru poses with you, giving you a variety of prompts to act out, and a bit of humor, my goal is to help you feel like yourself in front of the camera.

What happens if the weather is unfavorable on the day of an outdoor shoot?

If the weather doesn't cooperate on the day of an outdoor shoot, we can discuss alternatives such as rescheduling the session or finding an indoor location. I want to ensure the best possible outcome for your photos and can be flexible in adapting to unforeseen circumstances.

Do you ever offer mini sessions?

Yes! Occasionally throughout the year, I offer mini sessions that may include a holiday family setup, fun summer themes, and my favorite- Easter Lamb Minis with real lambs!
